The success of our annual event is dependent upon the generousity of many. We invite you to make a donation to help make this fundraiser a success.
We seek exciting, one-of-a-kind items. Items can include gift certificates (good through Jun 2011) for restaurants, salons and stores, etc.. Other items include tickets to sporting events, theatre and museum events, concert performances and more. We welcome jewelry, weekend packages, summer home stays or time share vacation spots. We have opportunities for various levels of sponsorship; this is an excellent opportunity to market your business.
To ensure that your donation is acknowledged properly, please follow these guidelines when donating an item for our auctions:
- Print and fill out this donor form and secure one to each item you are donating. All items MUST be accompanied by a form to ensure that necessary information is obtained from the donor.
- For items that must be picked up, please contact Women's Club President.
- Deliver your item with the donor form to Providence Catholic High School, 1800 W. Lincoln Hwy., New Lenox, IL 60451.
- It would be a great help to the auction volunteers to have your items well before that deadline, so don't delay and thank you for your generosity.
