This year’s ‘Annual Social & Auction’ will be a casual evening featuring the musical talents of "The Hat Guys"

There will be exciting raffles, silent and live auctions. You won’t want to miss this!

1. What is the Annual Social & Auction?

The Annual Social & Auction is the Women's Club's largest fundraiser. We strive to raise funds for the religious and educational programs of Providence Catholic school. Monies raised are disbursed, with the guidance of the school's administration, in ways to benefit Providence Catholic High School.

Proceeds from last year's event helped us meet our goal of donating $50,000 to Providence Catholic High School.
2. Who is invited to this Event?

All PCHS parents, teachers, friends, family and community leaders are invited to attend our Annual Social & Auction.

 

3. How can I register?

As soon as our registration form is printed, it will be posted here.

 

4. What is the cost?

The cost will be determined shortly.

 

5. Can I make my checkout experience quicker?

Express check-out means no waiting. When you arrive at the start of the evening, you can have your credit card swiped. Then, when the event ends, you will be able to walk up to a table which corresponds to the last letter of your name and your invoice will be waiting for you. All item certificates will be in one location with plenty of volunteers to help you. This is only effective if you stay through the end of the event.

 

6. What forms of payment can I use?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, checks, and, of course, cash.

 

7. How can I help?

There are many ways to help make this annual fundraiser a success.

Volunteer: It takes many volunteers to make this event happen. Complete and return our volunteer form.

Make a donation: To ensure that your donation is acknowledged properly, please follow the guidelines outlined on the donations page of this website.

Come to the event: Simply complete and return the response card along with your payment to PCHS Womens Club.

As soon as our registration form is printed, it will be posted here.
